Staff was friendly, and the cake that i was able to purchase was very moist and had judt about the right sweetness. Got a champagne cake. They were already closed when i got there, but the staff still helped us make some selections. Will be back and worth thr drive

I've loved this place since childhood. I grew up eating their pastries and I've yet to find a place in other cities that have the same kind of flavor. so when I come back to visit I never fail to stop by and get more than a dozen before heading back out. The thumbprint and rainbow cookies are theeeee BEST!!!

They have the best cakes. I even have friends out of town and when we go there for a special occasion, they request a cake from Rosies. I also want to thank them for our wedding cake over 12yrs ago, it just melted in your mouth it was so moist. The people at Rosies are the best and friendliest ever. Thank you for being there Rosie, you all are the best!

Dad would always got our birthday, and graduation cakes at Rosie's. Pink Champagne, half sheet, every time. Never stopped being delicious. I remember once a little kid version of me, hanging out with her son. We watched his mom slice the ends off with such care, and precision. Her cakes were always special.

I love this place. Cakes are excellent! My favorite cakes are strawberry champagne with strawberry filling and banana nut with bananas.

This place is famous for there cakes and service,customers just keep coming back as you can see in my pictures sometimes there is lines to pick up the cakes. oh there is plenty of goodies here also.You have to come and try the sweetness of the goodies that they make my favorite is trez leche cakes

ROSIE’S BAKERY in Wasco has been for years my family’s go to place for our pastry needs. Recently my mother, who’s a diabetic, celebrated her 90th birthday. So it’s very important to choose a bakery who is both sensitive & capable of catering to her specific nutritional needs. Hence, ROSIE’S made her a quarter sheet pink champagne cake with strawberry filling and cool whip as the topping. Absolutely no frosting, and yet the cake tasted light and looked & tasted amazingly delectable. In as much that it became the topic of the evening after being served and savored. Their baked goods are reasonably priced and they create a variety of cakes (flavors & toppings) for your personal celebratory occasions (our fave is the one that I described we ordered for my mom). My family has yet to be disappointed with any cake we’ve asked them to make for us. When you’ve experienced a bakery product from a local business that gives your palate pleasure, it’s difficult not to sing their praises and share it with others. I hope you’ll give them a chance to create a cake for one of your future familial celebrations. Thanks ROSIE’S!
